Mission details:

The 6 kg Pehuensat picosatellite remained attached to the Dual Launch Adapter which was used to carry Cartosat-2 above SRE. It is a project of Universidad Nacional del Comahue and AMSAT-LU.
Built by students. Carries an amateur radio payload; "for experience in building and tracking satellites"; stayed attached to rocket body.
